| When you place your order and select
the first delivery date, the arrangement for that month will be sent
out. For example, if you place you order in
February then the
Morning Joy Bouquet will be sent. Each month after that on
the same date the arrangement for that month will be sent. The
first month DOES NOT have to be the current month. You can
place your order now for any future month and that month will begin
the 12 month cycle of deliveries. If you
want the flowers delivered on a particular day (such as the last
Friday of each month) you can indicate this information on the
special instructions field on the final checkout form. If the
date you select should fall on a Sunday then the order will be
delivered the prior Saturday. Since CarlyAnes.com does not charge the $10.99 per order service fee FTD.COM does, you save $131.88 for the 12 arrangements. When we receive your order we bill the entire $465.88 at one time. In the event you have to cancel the order you would be refunded for those arrangements that have not been sent. However, since the savings and incentives comes from ordering for the entire year, you would be billed the $10.99 for each month the flowers were delivered if you cancel prior to all 12 months of arrangements being sent. |
